Fabspeed Motorsport USA's engineering design staff designed Ultra High-flow, HJS German Imported 200 CPSI extra large direct bolt-on replacement for the bulky & restrictive factory Porsche Macan 2.0L 4 Cylinder catalytic converter.
The Porsche Macan is Porsche Ag's most popular high volume car in terms of sales. The Porsche Macan is a true drivers car and the Macan truly and really wakes up with a Fabspeed HJS German 200 cell catalytic converter.
Fabspeed engineering immediately focused on developing high performance Ultra Highflow replacement catalytic converters as a direct replacement bolt-on for the restrictive OEM Porsche 700 cell ceramic catalytic converters since Porsche loves to utilize 700 cell ceramic catalytic converters that restrict exhaust flow and limit performance and sound. Swapping out the OEM cats for a set of Fabspeed Sport Catalytic converters you can see improved performance without the worry of a check engine light. Our Sport Cats utilize German HJS 200 cell HD high-flow trimetallic catalytic converters for maximum exhaust gas flow and performance with zero check engine light worries.
FEATURES:
• Simple direct replacement ultra highflow genuine HJS German imported catalytic converter that replaces for the stock restrictive 8” long ceramic 700 cell OEM catalytic converter
• The largest HJS tri-metallic was deliberately chosen and utilized by Fabspeed Motorsport to maximize performance and durability
• Not all HJS catalytic converters are the same. Size matters and directly correlated to power, sound, and durability. Fabspeed utilizes the LARGEST possible HJS Catalytic converter for maximum power and sports car sound.
• Quick do-it-yourself style direct replacement bolt-on installation. Instructions included below
• HJS German catalytic converter will support up to 600 HP so it is the top choice for all Macan 2.0 liter 4 cylinder vehicles
• Designed to fit Left hand drive and Right hand drive cars worldwide
• Significant performance gains across the RPM band +12 HP and + 15 ft lb torque. Even more power will be unleashed with a ECU tune
• Insulated with 321 stainless steel foil and 2000 degree F ceramic fiber for a OEM type appearance
• Optimized for maximum performance with NO catalyst generated check engine light, guaranteed
• Super quality all German and USA components built in house hand TIG welded by our expert welders.
Installation instructions: Open Macan hood. Remove engine cover by gently lifting straight up. Remove left side air-intake . Unbolt the 3 quantity 13mm bolts from cata outlet and remove the 4 hex nuts from the turbo to catalytic converter inlet. Remove oxygen sensor with 22mm or 7/8” wrench . - Porsche 95B.1 Macan Petrol 2.0L (237Bhp) 2014-18
Unlock extra turbo sound, flat four aggression, and increased response with a bolt in catalytic converter delete downpipe for your Macan 2.0T.
• Fits all Porsche Macan 2.0T vehicles (2016-2018)
• All Soul Performance Products exhaust components are backed by the industry’s best Lifetime Warranty for both street and track use
DEVELOPMENT AND TESTING:
The Macan is rather quiet in factory format. Eliminating the restrictive factory catalytic converter adds to drivability and also unlocks the sweet sounds of the turbo with a major increase in snarling and crackles from the exhaust. The sound is aggressive without droning in the cabin. Smooth mandrel bent piping encourages better throttle response and a more exciting exhaust note. Easy to bolt in with no modifications required, this is a great, reversible solution to make your Macan more exciting.
CONSTRUCTION: Each downpipe is assembled out of mandrel bent, thick wall T304L stainless steel, then rigorously quality checked.
BOLT ON AND GO:
Every downpipe is rigorously quality-checked, tested in a fixture to guarantee fitment, and then foam packed to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.. New hardware is included.
CHECK ENGINE LIGHT?: This product may trigger a check engine light due to removal of the factory catalytic converter. We suggest a custom ECU tune to disable any check engine lights (for track use only).
LIFETIME WARRANTY: Enjoy your SOUL exhaust components with confidence on both the street and track as they are covered by our Lifetime Warranty! Our team will quickly work with you to resolve any issues or answer any questions that you may have.
NOTES
+ This product is not CARB certified and may not be legal for use on emissions controlled vehicles; intended for off road / competition use only due to removal of factory catalytic converters
+ Boost spikes can occur as a result of increasing the exhaust flow with a catless downpipe. We highly recommend an ECU tune to not only extract maximum power from this mod, but to have the best possible drivability as well
Please note: This item is not a stock product. It is a special order part and once ordered with us is not subject to cancellation or return unless proven not fit for purpose or defected.

- Porsche 95B.1 Macan Petrol 2.0L (237Bhp) 2014-18
The DesignTek stainless steel decat downpipe is a performance-focused exhaust upgrade for the Porsche Macan 2.0T MK1. Designed to replace the restrictive original catalyst section, it provides a freer-flowing exhaust path from the turbocharger into the remaining exhaust system.
Fits:
Porsche 95B.1 Macan 2.0T 2014 - 2018
Key Features and Benefits
• Designed for the Porsche Macan 2.0T MK1
• Stainless steel construction
• Decatted catalyst-bypass design
• Heat-resistant shield wrapping
By removing the catalytic converter core, the downpipe helps reduce exhaust back pressure and allows hot gases to leave the turbocharger more efficiently. This can support sharper turbo response, a stronger exhaust note and improved compatibility with performance ECU tuning and upgraded rear exhaust systems.
The downpipe is manufactured from durable stainless steel for resistance to heat, corrosion and repeated thermal cycling. Its heat-resistant outer wrapping helps limit radiant heat around the downpipe, protecting nearby wiring, hoses, underbody components and other heat-sensitive parts within the tightly packaged engine and exhaust area.
NOTE:
This downpipe does not contain a catalytic converter and is generally intended for track, competition or off-road use. It may not comply with local emissions, noise or road-use regulations. Legal suitability should be checked before installation.
