What This Product Does
This kit supplies the vacuum equipment required to operate the intake manifold resonance flap on a classic air-cooled engine conversion. Its components are arranged together on a nylon support bracket to simplify installation and vacuum-line routing.
Functions
- Provides vacuum actuation for the intake manifold resonance flap
- Maintains vacuum through the supplied reservoir and check valve
- Uses a solenoid actuator to control the vacuum circuit
- Connects the system through the supplied hose, T-piece and tubing
