What This Product Does
The evaporator is the heat exchanger in the cabin cooling assembly. Refrigerant passing through it takes up heat from the surrounding airflow. The expansion valve controls refrigerant entering the evaporator; it is a separate component and should not be confused with the evaporator itself.
