Information
Aluminium Aero Bullet Mirror - Flag mount, in Silver finish.
A true bolt-on replacement for factory flag mirrors on G-body 911, 964 and 993 (1975–1998). The re-engineered base reuses the OEM holes and covers the old gasket/paint shadow, so you get a cleaner look without touching paint or bodywork.
Fits:
Porsche 911 / 930 models 1975 – 1998 with factory flag-mount doors
*** Note: 964 and 993 door shells differ. Adaptation may be possible; confirmation is recommended before ordering
Sleeker lines. Smarter mounts. Bigger view.
The Aero Bullet Mirror line is the third-generation mirror family designed for classic Porsche 911, 964, 993, and 914 models. The arm has been re-sculpted for a more flowing profile, the base geometry has been refined, and the compact bullet housing with custom convex glass has been retained. The result is a wide, confidence-inspiring field of view in a smaller, lighter package.
A true bolt-on replacement for factory flag mirrors on G-body 911, 930, 964, and 993 models. The re-engineered base reuses the OEM mounting holes and is shaped to cover the factory gasket and paint shadow, allowing the bulk of the original mirrors to be removed without disturbing the paint. The compact bullet housing and custom convex glass provide a wider field of view in a smaller, lighter package.
Highlights
• Direct bolt-on installation using factory flag-mirror holes
• Base covers the OEM gasket and paint area for a clean finish
• Billet aluminium mirror and base offer lightweight, rigid, and durable construction
• Optics: Custom convex glass provides near-zero blind spots when properly aimed, for driver and passenger sides
• Weight: Lighter than a pair of OEM flag mirrors
• Available finishes: Satin Black, Satin Silver or Chrome
• Options: Left, Right, or Pair
What’s Included
• Mirror assembly in Left, Right, or Pair configuration, with convex glass
• Paint-friendly gasket and stainless-steel hardware
• Quick installation and aiming guide
Installation Overview
The OEM flag mirror is removed, the mounting area is cleaned, and the gasket is positioned before the Aero base is installed through the factory holes. The hardware should be tightened evenly. No bodywork is required, and the base covers the original paint shadow for an immediate visual upgrade.
FAQs
• Will the old paint line be covered?
Yes. The 3.0 base is designed to cover the OEM gasket area.
• Does the door card need to be removed?
Access varies by vehicle. Some models allow access through a small inner cover, while others may require partial loosening of the door card.
• Is the field of view actually improved?
Yes. The custom convex optics expand the field of view while allowing the housing to remain compact.
