This rear brake pad hardware kit is an replacement set of brake pad retaining pins and associated mounting hardware designed to match original Porsche specification for rear calipers on classic Porsche 924 and 944 models. It includes the essential retaining pins and spring plates that hold the rear brake pads securely in place within the caliper carrier, engineered to the same size and fit as the factory parts.

The hardware kit ensures that the brake pads are properly aligned and held under controlled tension in the rear brake caliper. Function. Brake pad retaining pins and springs are critical for:

Without properly functioning hardware, brake pads can bind or mis-align, which may lead to premature pad wear or reduced braking performance.
