DesignTek Boxster Stage 2 Performance package.
Intoxicating growl at idle, partial throttle and wide open throttle. High Grade stainless steel exhaust system for Porsche Boxster 986 1998-2004. 14 - 16 gauge T304 stainless steel.
- + 18 crank hp & + 19 crank torque
- 200 Cell high flow, tri metal german HJS sport catalysts
- 2" tubing (50 mm) straight through design for max. power
- Weighs 57 lbs. (25,8 Kg)
- T 304 stainless steel for improved durability
- Dual 3.5" round tips
Includes:
1 x Sports muffler.
2 x Equal length headers.
2 x 200 cell sports cats.
For the ultimate performance gains we recommend this set is fitted with an ECU remap giving BHP and Torque that you can really feel and superb sports car sound. Please order extra gaskets, nuts, bolts and clamps if required.
NOTE: In the United Kingdom, sports catalytic converters and bypass pipes do not have type approval and are not legally permitted for use on vehicles manufactured after 1st March 2001. They are not MOT compliant and cannot be used on public roads. These components are intended solely for race and track use.
For vehicles manufactured before 1st March 2001, a non-type approved sports catalytic converter may be fitted, provided it offers comparable performance to the original and the vehicle continues to meet the applicable emissions standards for its age. The vehicle must still pass an MOT test.
