Description:
The original climate control parts of the Porsche 997 and 987 Cayman / Boxster have the well-known problem of expiring advertisements. The display turns semicircular bright or no longer displays all icons properly. However, if the other function of the instrument is complete and only the display shows defects, you can use this repair kit to repair your climate control. The repair is without special tools and without soldering for untrained screwdrivers no problem. The display is plugged in and can be repaired with the help of our repair manual in a few minutes. So you not only preserve the originality of the vehicle, but save on the several hundred euros compared to a new climate control.
Tip: We generally advise against buying used, still intact climate control parts: it is only a matter of time before the display runs out. Better save time, money and trouble right away and build a display that has been faithfully manufactured using state-of-the-art manufacturing technology and tighter tolerances.
