Engine Fuel Line, Intake Gasket, Intermediate Flange & Fuel Filter Kit
For in-car fuel line replacement without engine drop
Fits:
Porsche 911 3.2 Carrera 1984 – 1989
Complete engine fuel line service kit for Porsche 911 3.2 Carrera models from 1984 to 1989. This kit is designed for replacing the main engine fuel lines while the engine remains in the car and includes OE Match, OE Porsche, and MAHLE components required to complete the job correctly.
This is a complete engine fuel line replacement kit for the Porsche 911 3.2 litre Carrera. The kit includes the 3 main engine fuel lines, right-hand side intake manifold gaskets, intermediate flanges, and fuel filter.
It is ideal for owners or workshops replacing the fuel lines without carrying out a full engine drop.
What this kit does
The kit replaces the key engine bay fuel lines that connect the fuel damper, fuel pressure regulator, return line, fuel filter, and fuel rails. It also includes the intake gaskets and intermediate flanges required when removing and refitting the right-hand intake manifold for access.
Functions:
• Replaces the 3 main engine fuel lines
• Includes damper to regulator fuel line
• Includes regulator to return fuel line
• Includes fuel filter to rails line
• Includes right-hand intake manifold gaskets
• Includes intermediate flanges for intake refitting
• Includes replacement MAHLE fuel filter
• Suitable for in-car fuel line replacement
• Ideal for Porsche 911 3.2 Carrera fuel system service.
Why Use This Kit?
Fuel lines on classic Porsche 911 3.2 Carrera models can deteriorate with age, heat, fuel exposure, and engine bay conditions. Old or perished fuel lines can become a safety concern and may lead to fuel smell, leaks, pressure loss, or poor fuel system reliability. This kit brings together the main components required to replace the engine fuel lines properly, especially when carrying out the work with the engine still installed in the car.
Installation Note
Replacement of these 3 fuel lines is often carried out during an engine drop, but they can also be replaced with the engine in place. For in-car replacement, access is improved by removing the auxiliary heater blower motor and plenum, the air filter box with AFM attached, and the right-hand side intake manifold.
A small mirror can be useful when working in the forward area of the engine near the fuel pressure regulator.
When to Use This Kit
• Fuel lines are old, cracked, leaking, or perished
• Fuel smell is present in the engine bay
• Preventive fuel system maintenance is being carried out
• Fuel line replacement is being done without engine removal
• Right-hand intake manifold is being removed for access
• Porsche 911 3.2 Carrera fuel system restoration is in progress.
Where it fits on the car
This kit fits in the engine bay fuel system on Porsche 911 3.2 Carrera models. It services the fuel line routing between the damper, regulator, return line, fuel filter, and fuel rails, with supporting intake components for right-hand manifold removal and refitting.
