Information
Engine mount.
This OE Match engine mount is a high-quality replacement component designed for Porsche Panamera (970) models. Manufactured to replicate the original Porsche mount in fit, strength and vibration-damping performance, it provides a direct replacement solution for worn or deteriorated engine mounts. This mount helps securely support the engine while isolating vibrations from the chassis, ensuring smooth drivetrain operation and improved driving comfort.
Sold individually, 2 mounts required per vehicle.
Fits:
Porsche 970.1 Panamera 3.6L V6 2010 - 2013
Porsche 970.2 Panamera 3.6L V6 2014 - 2016
Diagram ref no 5 (left) or 6 (right)
Engine mounts are structural components that connect the engine assembly to the vehicle’s subframe. The OE Match mount is engineered to match the original Porsche specification, using durable rubber and hydraulic damping technology to absorb vibration and control engine movement.
By maintaining the correct engine position within the chassis, this mount helps preserve proper drivetrain alignment and ensures reliable long-term performance.
The engine mount stabilises the engine during acceleration, braking and cornering. Its internal damping elements absorb vibration and engine torque, reducing noise and movement transmitted to the vehicle body.
Replacing worn mounts restores the vehicle’s original driving refinement and helps protect surrounding drivetrain components such as the transmission, driveshafts and exhaust system.
Function
• Engine Support: Secures the engine assembly to the chassis or subframe
• Vibration Isolation: Reduces engine vibration transmitted to the cabin
• Drivetrain Stability: Maintains correct engine alignment during driving loads
• Component Protection: Helps minimise stress on drivetrain and exhaust components
Engine mounts are exposed to constant vibration, engine torque and high temperatures. Over time the rubber and hydraulic elements may deteriorate, reducing their ability to absorb movement. This can result in increased vibration, clunking noises during acceleration or noticeable engine movement. Installing a new OE Match engine mount restores proper drivetrain stability and helps maintain the smooth performance expected from a Porsche.
Replace the engine mount if you notice:
• Increased vibration in the cabin
• Clunking or knocking during acceleration or shifting
• Excessive engine movement when revving
• Visible cracks or deterioration in the mount

Information
Engine mount.
This Porsche Genuine OE Engine Mount (Part No. 99737504908) is a factory-engineered hydraulic engine mount designed to secure the engine assembly to the chassis of Porsche 911 (997) models. Manufactured to Porsche’s strict original equipment standards, this mount ensures the correct balance of structural support and vibration isolation required for Porsche’s high-performance flat-six engines.
Sold each, 2 required per vehicle.
Fits:
Porsche 997.1 Carrera 2005 - 2008 COUPE
Porsche 997.1 Turbo 2007 - 2009 COUPE
Porsche 997.2 Carrera 2009 - 2012 COUPE
Porsche 997.2 Turbo 2010 - 2013 COUPE without PADM (dynamic engine mounts)
Diagram Ref No 2.
This mount is supplied as a single unit (sold individually) and is suitable for both left and right sides of the engine mounting assembly. Two mounts are typically required per vehicle.
Old Porsche part numbers: 99737504904, 99737504906
The engine mount forms the connection between the engine block and the vehicle chassis. Its hydraulic internal structure absorbs engine vibrations while maintaining proper drivetrain alignment.
By controlling engine movement during acceleration, braking, and cornering, the mount helps maintain smooth engine operation, stable handling, and reduced vibration inside the cabin. Hydraulic mounts are specifically designed to dampen engine oscillations and road shock, contributing to the refined driving characteristics expected from a Porsche sports car.
Functions & Technical Role
• Engine support: Secures the engine assembly to the chassis structure
• Hydraulic vibration damping: Reduces noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH)
• Powertrain stability: Limits excessive engine movement during driving loads
• Alignment control: Maintains correct engine and transmission positioning
• OEM precision fit: Designed to Porsche factory geometry and mounting specifications
Fitment / Position on Car
• Fitting position: Engine mounting assembly
• Location: Between the engine bracket and rear subframe/chassis mount
• Orientation: Fits left or right side of the engine (two mounts per vehicle)
Engine mounts are subjected to constant stress from engine torque, heat, and vibration. Over time, the rubber and hydraulic elements can deteriorate, leading to:
• Increased engine vibration or noise in the cabin
• Excessive engine movement during acceleration
• Harsh drivetrain behaviour or reduced ride comfort
• Premature wear of surrounding drivetrain components
Replacing worn mounts with genuine Porsche OE components restores the original balance of comfort and performance designed for the 997 platform.

RSS Performance engine mounts (PAIR).
Fits:
Porsche 996 C2, C4, C4S, Turbo, GT2, GT3
Porsche 997 C2, C2s, C4, C4s, Turbo, GT2, GT3
With factory hydraulic engine mounts, the drive train will move independent of the chassis during acceleration and cornering loads. This movement can upset the balance of the vehicle and create negative handling effects.
RSS Tarmac Series Performance Engine Mounts minimise these effects by utilising specialised polyurethane bushings which offer a firmer, more direct driving feel with optimum feedback. This upgrade will not adversely effect ride quality or cause knock sensor issues commonly associated with solid engine mounts.

The Rennline Tune-able Engine Mount for the 964, 993, 996, and 997 offers the ultimate in adjust ability for your car. Replacing your compliant factory mounts will decrease engine movement resulting in better acceleration, handling and significantly increased shifter feel. This is the ultimate solution for almost any car, and allows you to tune our mounts for the way you drive. Our mounts are CNC machined from billet aluminium and include three pairs of inserts in varying densities. Tune your mounts by using the softer inserts to reduce engine slop and avoid missed shifts in your street car, or utilise the stiffest inserts to get the most from a more focused track car. You can even mix and match, giving you 9 possible combinations to let you dial in our mount to your specifications. Here at Rennline we know you want your Porsche to be flawless, and that is why we are Driven to Improve Excellence.
