The Fabspeed Deluxe Dual Style Exhaust Tips are a premium visual and finishing upgrade designed for the 2014–2016 Porsche 991 GT3 and GT3 RS.
Fits:
- Porsche 991.1 GT3 3.8L (475 Bhp) 2014-16
- Porsche 991.1 GT3 RS 4.0L (500 Bhp) 2015-16
Featuring larger 100mm outlets compared with approximately 88mm factory tips, they give the rear of the GT3 a wider, more aggressive appearance while retaining a factory-style fit.
The tips are designed to bolt directly to the OEM centre muffler and can also be used with compatible aftermarket exhaust systems that accept factory-style exhaust tips.
A lightweight holder plate is used to secure the tips in position while maintaining correct alignment with the rear bumper and exhaust outlet.
What This Product Does:
Exhaust tips form the visible final outlet of the exhaust system.
Their main purpose is to direct exhaust gases away from the rear of the vehicle while providing a finished appearance at the exhaust outlet.
The Fabspeed Deluxe Dual Style Tips are primarily designed to:
- Increase the visual size of the exhaust outlets
- Give the GT3 a more aggressive rear appearance
- Replace damaged or deteriorated factory exhaust tips
- Maintain correct exhaust outlet positioning
- Provide secure attachment to the centre muffler
- Offer a choice of premium finishes
- Work with the factory centre muffler
- Work with compatible aftermarket exhaust systems
These exhaust tips are primarily an appearance and finishing upgrade rather than a significant engine-performance modification.
Symptoms Of Wear Or Failure:
Exhaust tips are exposed continuously to exhaust heat, condensation, road debris and environmental contamination.
Common signs of deterioration include:
- Heavy surface corrosion
- Pitting or staining
- Burnt or permanently discoloured surfaces
- Scratches or cosmetic damage
- Dents from impact
- Cracked welds or mounting points
- Loose mounting hardware
- Rattling from the exhaust-tip assembly
- Tip movement when touched
- Poor alignment within the bumper opening
- One outlet sitting lower or further outward than the other
- Excessive soot build-up
- Damaged carbon-fibre outer sections where fitted
- Peeling or deteriorated surface coatings
- Contact between the tip and surrounding bumper or trim
Some discoloration and soot accumulation are normal on performance exhaust systems and do not necessarily mean the tip requires replacement.
Why Replacement Matters:
