The Fabspeed Valved Supersport X-Pipe Exhaust System is a complete high-performance exhaust upgrade developed for the Porsche 911 991.2 Turbo and Turbo S from 2017–2020.
Fits:
- Porsche 991.2 Turbo Coupe 3.8L (540 Bhp) 2017-20
- Porsche 991.2 Turbo S Coupe 3.8L (580 Bhp) 2017-20
- Porsche 991.2 Turbo Cabriolet 3.8L (540 Bhp) 2017-20

Designed to provide two distinctly different exhaust personalities from the same system, it combines a free-flowing centre X-pipe, premium Helical exhaust valves, replacement catalytic-converter or bypass sections, and Deluxe Quad Style exhaust tips.
With the exhaust valves closed, gases are routed through Fabspeed's 70 mm / 2.75-inch quad-resonated centre X-pipe, creating a more controlled and refined performance exhaust note suitable for lower-noise driving.
Open the valves and the exhaust follows a much more direct path, bypassing the centre X-pipe for a significantly louder and more aggressive GT2 RS-inspired exhaust character.
The system is manufactured from 14–16 gauge T304L stainless steel using CNC mandrel-bent tubing and is designed as a bolt-on replacement with no cutting or welding required.
Fabspeed currently lists performance figures of approximately:
+30 HP
+25 lb-ft of torque
Manufacturer-listed weight change: -8
Actual performance will vary with vehicle condition, catalyst configuration, engine calibration, fuel, ambient conditions and other modifications.
What This Product Does:
The Fabspeed Valved Supersport X-Pipe Exhaust System replaces the restrictive factory rear exhaust and catalyst arrangement with a freer-flowing performance system.
It is designed to:
- Reduce exhaust restriction.
- Improve post-turbo exhaust flow.
- Increase horsepower and torque potential.
- Improve throttle response.
- Enhance turbocharged engine response.
- Provide two selectable exhaust sound levels.
- Reduce weight compared with the original system.
- Produce a more aggressive flat-six exhaust note.
- Retain quieter operation when desired.
- Support additional engine and performance modifications.
- Upgrade the rear appearance with Deluxe Quad Style Tips.
Symptoms Of Wear Or Failure:
Possible symptoms include:
- Exhaust rattling.
- Blowing or ticking noises.
- Visible exhaust leaks.
- Soot around joints.
- Cracked welds.
- Loose clamps.
- Damaged pipework.
- Unusual vibration.
- Exhaust tips moving or becoming misaligned.
- Unexpected increase or reduction in sound.
- Exhaust smell around the rear of the vehicle.
- Valve operation becoming inconsistent.
Why Replacement Matters:
Replacing a damaged or deteriorated exhaust system helps restore:
- Correct exhaust sealing.
- Intended X-pipe flow.
- Proper exhaust-valve operation.
- Correct quiet and loud modes.
- Structural integrity.
- Secure catalyst mounting.
- Proper exhaust-tip alignment.
- Safe containment of hot exhaust gases.
- Consistent engine performance.
A cracked or poorly operating performance exhaust may no longer provide the characteristics it was designed to deliver.
