What This Product Does
The circlip provides mechanical retention for the filler sleeve. It is retaining hardware rather than the rubber sleeve, filler cap or filler neck itself, so inspect the adjoining components separately when planning repairs.
Functions
- Retains the fuel filler rubber sleeve in its fitted position.
- Provides replacement retaining hardware during filler assembly maintenance or restoration.
Technical Details
- Brand: OE Match.
- Part number: 99915200400.
- Component type: fuel filler rubber sleeve circlip.
Why Replacement Matters
Renew damaged or heavily corroded retaining hardware when servicing the filler assembly. Check the rubber sleeve and surrounding fittings at the same time, as replacing the circlip alone will not repair deteriorated rubber or a damaged adjoining component. OE Match develops replacement parts around Porsche applications, using original references and fitment information to identify suitable components.
Check fitment for your specific vehicle (model, year, engine) before ordering.
