Information
Transmission oil pan (gearbox sump) with gasket, bolts
& Transmission Fluid (9 Litres)
This is a complete OE Match transmission sump pan service kit designed for Porsche 911 (992.1) models equipped with the 8-speed PDK (dual-clutch) transmission. The kit includes the OE Match transmission oil sump pan, gasket, the correct screws/fasteners, and 9 litres of transmission fluid formulated for PDK gearboxes - giving you everything needed for a professional-level sump replacement and fluid refresh.
Fits:
For cars with 8-speed PDK transmission
Porsche 992.1 Carrera 2019 - 2024
Porsche 992.1 Turbo 2020 >>
Diagram ref no 13
The transmission sump pan and associated hardware together:
• Provide a sealed reservoir for transmission fluid
• Ensure proper fluid flow and distribution within the 8-speed PDK
• Protect internal components from dirt and contaminants
• Support correct hydraulic and mechanical function of the gearbox
The included gasket and screws restore a proper sealing surface and torque spec, while the transmission fluid replenishes the system with clean oil formulated for PDK clutch engagement, pump operation, and gear lubrication.
Function
• Fluid Containment: The sump pan holds and directs PDK fluid to the filter and pump
• Heat Dissipation: Helps moderate fluid temperature during driving
• Sealing: Gasket and precision screws prevent fluid leakage under pressure
• Fluid Renewal: New transmission fluid restores correct viscosity and hydraulic response
• System Longevity: Together these components extend transmission life and performance.
Replacing these items as a matched set ensures optimum lubrication, pressure, and longevity for your PDK transmission.
The transmission sump pan and fluid are crucial to proper PDK function:
• Transmission fluid degrades from heat, clutch wear, and contamination over time.
• Gaskets and screws lose sealing effectiveness due to repeated heat cycling and vibration.
• A leaking or compromised pan can lead to fluid loss, overheating, slippage, and gearbox wear.
Replacing the pan, gasket, hardware, and fluid together restores sealing integrity, correct fluid level, and reliable shifting performance - helping prevent costly transmission issues down the road.
When to replace. Install this kit when:
• You detect transmission fluid leaks from the sump area
• The vehicle has high mileage with original pan/fluid
• You're performing a scheduled PDK fluid change
• You observe poor shifting behaviour or elevated operating temperature
• The original gasket or screws are stripped, corroded, or leaking

Millers Oil Fully synthetic NANODRIVE CRX 75w90 NT+ Transmission Oil
DESCRIPTION:
A competition fully synthetic transmission oil formulated using a unique combination of improved chemistry and lower friction NANODRIVE additives to massively reduce friction vs a standard oil. The Millers Oils range of competition gear oils is fully synthetic and incorporates second generation NANODRIVE low friction technology to achieve winning results in both professional and nonprofessional racing.
APPLICATION:
Designed for the lubrication of competition gearboxes. Manual transmissions, synchromesh, non-synchromesh, sequential gearboxes, transfer gearboxes, transaxles and hypoid differentials without limited slip which require API GL4 or GL5 performance. Recommended for modern transmissions where fully synthetic oil is specified, especially for high performance road and track day applications. Hewland, Xtrac, Glebe Transmissions, ZF, Tran X, Elite Transmissions, Samsonas.
Note: Not suitable for plate type limited slip differentials, instead use CRX LS 75w90 NT+.
USER BENEFITS:
• Laboratory tests and results show up to a further 15% reduction in friction and up to a further 17% reduction in wear over the previous award winning NT range
• Exceptional cold flow properties for easier gear changes
• Fast lubrication flow to component extremes on start up
• Very good oxidation resistance and superior thermal stability
• Low friction/ low drag formulation to help reduce operating temperatures
• High film strength for maximum component protection
• Significantly reduces friction, temperature, wear and minimises power loss
• Triple ester formulation works synergistically for optimised film strength and anti-wear protection
• Second generation NANODRIVE low friction technology maximises torque and power
PERFORMANCE PROFILE:
• API GL4
• API GL5
• API MT-1
• MIL-PRF-2105E
• ZF TE-ML-02B
• ZF TE-ML-05B
• ZF TE-ML-07A
