LED rear tail lamp housing set Porsche 911 1969-1989
Fits all Porsche 911 models from 1965-1989

Pair of Euro style Porsche 911 rear lamp housings 3D printed from durable ABS plastic
These lamps saves weight and improves illumination on early 1969 to 1989 911s
The 911R used a fiberglass taillight base plate with Euro lights mounted to them to reduce the weight of the vehicle. Many people don't like the look but want the weight savings, along with improved lighting
These lamps weigh only 363g with bulbs where the 911R units are approx. 550g
The lamps use 3157 LED bulbs (amber, red and bright white )and include the twist lock bulb sockets
These lamps are like the Euro / Rest of World units and do not have the US "marker lamps"
Lamps bolt in place and fit like factory with new hardware. Use OEM lenses and OEM gaskets but can also be fitted without gaskets as LEDs are mostly waterproof and don't get hot
If you are fitting a new gasket, you may need to trim the gasket in some areas (usually behind the front corner) for a nice fit. The new gaskets, especially aftermarket can be quite a bit thicker. Take your time for best result
The new gaskets must be glued on carefully as some of the gaskets are thicker than the originals. This can push the lens out a bit in the corners. Carefully trim the gasket to get the desired fit
Please note, lamps require careful installation as some minor modifications may be required.
The housings are designed and tested on early 911s but may require some slight adjustment to get just right
