MoS2 forms a highly resistant lubricating film across rubbing and sliding metal surfaces inside the engine. Combined with the 10W-40 semi-synthetic base oil, this provides rapid lubrication during cold starts and helps reduce friction once the engine reaches operating temperature
What Does MoS2 Leichtlauf 10W-40 Do?
Engine oil creates a lubricating film between moving components, reducing direct metal-to-metal contact and helping control friction, heat and wear.
LIQUI MOLY adds MoS2 solid lubricant to provide an
additional high-load lubricating film on internal friction surfaces. This is
particularly beneficial during starting and warm-up, under heavy engine loads
and in stop-start driving conditions.

Why Use MoS2 Engine Oil?

Application
Before dosing, withdraw an equivalent volume of gear oil with the supplied tube and dispose of it appropriately. Treatment may be added during servicing or repairs, or between oil changes; repeat at each gear oil change.
Important Restrictions
Do not use in automatic transmission, PDK or motorcycles equipped with wet clutches.
