Ninemeister 9m front carbon ceramic road brake pads developed as an OEM
replacement option for the Porsche 992.2 GTS fitted with carbon ceramic brake
discs. The low-metallic, resin-bonded friction material contains
steel and aramid fibres and is designed to provide very good brake modulation
and release characteristics, while maintaining a consistent low-to-medium
friction level.
Fits:
- Porsche 992.2 Carrera 2S 3.0L 2024>>
- Porsche 992.2 Carrera 2 GTS 3.6L 2024>>
- Porsche 992.2 Carrera 4 GTS 3.6L 2024>>
What Do They Do?
Brake pads create the friction required to slow the vehicle by pressing against the rotating brake discs.
These 9m front pads use a friction compound specifically intended for carbon ceramic brake discs, providing progressive and predictable braking characteristics for road use.
Why Choose 9m Carbon Ceramic Road Pads?
Correct pad compatibility is particularly important with carbon ceramic braking systems. These 9m pads provide a dedicated replacement option for the Porsche 992.2 GTS rather than using a pad compound intended for conventional iron discs.
Key Features:
- 9m OEM replacement brake pads
- Front axle application
- For carbon ceramic brake discs only
- Low-metallic resin-bonded material
- Steel and aramid fibre content
- Very good modulation and release characteristics
- Consistent low-to-medium friction level
When Should Brake Pads Be Replaced?
Brake pads should be replaced when the friction material approaches its wear limit, a brake pad warning appears, braking characteristics deteriorate or inspection reveals uneven wear or damage.
The carbon ceramic brake discs should also be inspected when replacing the pads to ensure the complete braking system remains in suitable condition.
Porsche 992.2 GTS Carbon Ceramic Front Brake Pads
Choosing the correct brake pad compound is essential when maintaining a Porsche equipped with carbon ceramic brakes.
The 9m Porsche 992.2 GTS front carbon ceramic road pads provide a direct replacement option with a compound designed specifically for carbon ceramic discs, combining consistent friction with progressive modulation and release characteristics. Ninemeister states that these pads are only compatible with carbon ceramic brake discs.
