Gearbox mount set.
This OE Match gearbox mount set includes two transmission mounts along with the correct genuine Porsche mounting hardware required for installation. The gearbox mount is a structural component that connects the transmission to the vehicle chassis. This set of two mounts allows both sides of the gearbox support system to be replaced simultaneously, ensuring balanced support and consistent drivetrain performance. Genuine Porsche bolts and nuts are included to provide the correct high-strength hardware required for safe and accurate installation.
Gearbox mounts secure the transmission to the chassis while absorbing vibration and limiting excessive drivetrain movement. When functioning correctly, they help maintain smooth power delivery, reduce cabin vibration and keep the gearbox aligned during shifting.
