Performance Upgrade Chip – with Stock Exhaust Configuration
Transform the way your Porsche 964 Carrera 2 or Carrera 4
drives with the OE Match Performance Upgrade Chip. Developed specifically for stock
engine/exhaust configurations using the factory catalytic converter together with
either the original rear silencers or a primary or secondary muffler bypass
pipe, this calibration is suitable for manual and Tiptronic models, with
or without a lightweight flywheel.
Fits:
- Porsche 964 (911) C2 1989-93
- Porsche 964 (911) C4 1989-93
Unleash the Hidden Performance
The factory Bosch Motronic calibration leaves considerable performance untapped. OE Match software unlocks stronger low and mid-range torque, sharper throttle response and improved drivability, eliminating the familiar flat spot below 4,000 rpm while delivering dyno-proven horsepower gains.
The result is a 964 that feels noticeably more responsive, pulls harder from low engine speeds and offers the kind of immediate throttle response that transforms both road and track driving.
Developed for Your Exact Configuration
Every OE Match chip has been extensively developed through dyno testing and real-world road evaluation using premium pump fuel. Unlike generic performance chips, each calibration is matched to your vehicle's specification, ensuring safe air-fuel ratios and optimum performance.
Suitable for:
- Porsche
964 Carrera 2 & Carrera 4
Manual
and Tiptronic transmissions
- Factory catalytic converter
- Standard rear silencers
- Primary or secondary muffler bypass pipes
- Factory or RS lightweight flywheel
Dyno Developed for Real-World Driving
Unlike generic replacement chips, OE Match calibrations are written specifically for each engine and exhaust configuration.
Every program has been extensively developed through
hundreds of hours of dyno tuning, road evaluation and real-world testing using
everyday pump fuel. Ignition timing, fuel delivery and throttle mapping have
all been optimised to deliver:
- Smoother idle
- Increased low and mid-range torque
- Sharper throttle response
- Elimination of the factory sub-4,000 rpm flat spot
- Stronger acceleration throughout the rev range
- Dyno-proven horsepower gains
- Improved everyday drivability
Unlike inferior calibrations, OE Match software maintains safe air-fuel ratios, ensuring the engine continues to run efficiently while avoiding the lean conditions that can reduce performance and increase knock sensor activity.
Includes the Lightweight Flywheel (LWF) Fix
This software includes the latest LWF fix, eliminating the stalling and RPM dip commonly associated with lightweight flywheel conversions. It also improves clutch engagement and throttle response while remaining fully compatible with standard flywheel cars.
OE Match chips are developed from completely new software, not modified factory maps. Hundreds of hours of dyno development and road testing have produced a calibration that delivers smoother idle, stronger torque, improved throttle response and outstanding drivability without triggering the Check Engine Light.
