What This Product Does
The splitter adds RennSport-inspired detailing while retaining the vehicle’s original front spoiler. Its thin mounting edge locates between that spoiler and the bumper, keeping the attachment area concealed. The lightly textured surface is intended to complement the existing spoiler rather than introduce a contrasting finish.
Functions
- Adds a RennSport-inspired lower-front detail.
- Mounts onto the retained original spoiler.
- Conceals the attachment edge within the bumper-to-spoiler joint.
Technical Details
- Product reference: P964107.
- Material: ABS plastic, not glass-reinforced plastic (GRP).
- Set weight: 313g.
- Manufactured in Austria using five-axis CNC machining.
- Lightly textured surface intended to match the original spoiler.
- Fixing holes are pre-machined; no further adjustment is specified for the intended application.
Symptoms of Fault
Inspect an existing splitter for splits, damaged attachment points, uneven positioning or loose fixings. Scraping marks and cracked paint can indicate contact damage. Rattling or movement should prompt inspection of the mounting hardware and supporting spoiler as well as the splitter itself.
Why Replacement Matters
Renewing a damaged splitter can restore its appearance and attachment condition. It also provides a styling change for owners seeking a RennSport-inspired detail without replacing the original spoiler. Check the surrounding bumper, spoiler and fixing points before installation, as damage to these components can affect alignment.
FAQs
Does it replace the original spoiler?

What should be checked before painting or modification?
Trial-fit the splitter to confirm compatibility, alignment and attachment position before carrying out finishing work. Confirm any preparation requirements rather than assuming it needs painting.
Does it provide a verified aerodynamic improvement?
No product-specific aerodynamic figures are supplied; it is described here as a styling component.
