Fits both generation 1 and 2 models
do88 proudly presents the worlds first high flowing turbo inlet hoses for Porsche 991.1 / 991.2 Turbo. Self developed by do88 in Sweden !
• Much larger overall inner diameter for improved air flow, 31 % higher! (see graph diagram ). The hoses have a 2,5 inch (63mm) inner diameter at the narrowest location.
• Smooth flow transitions.
• Very smooth internal surface for best air flow.
• Excellent thermal properties, the hoses will not absorb heat from the engine.
• The hoses are reinforced with stainless steel wire to eliminate the risk of implosion on high out-takes.
It was a real challenge developing new turbo intake hoses for the 991 Turbo. The lack of space made it really difficult to make a set of hoses that would outflow the stock plastic pipes. We succeeded but in some smaller areas we had to compromise and allow these hoses to have no clearance, so they will push or rub in some non-sensitive areas.

Turbo Charger Sport 997 Turbo K-04/K-26
Variable geometry turbocharger (VTG) is designed to allow the effective A/R ratio of the turbo to be altered as the conditions change. This is done as the optimum A/R at low engine speeds is very different to the optimum at high engine speeds. By altering the geometry of the turbine housing as the engine accelerates, the turbo's A/R ratio can be maintained at its optimum. Because of this, our VTG turbochargers have almost no lag, have a low boost threshold and are very efficient at higher engine speeds.
This set should only be fitted by engine builders or tuners as other performance parts may be required

This is based on modifying your existing turbos.
MDX472 & MDX473 Stage 1 Twin Hybrid Turbos feature:
• Specially modified high flow BorgWarner K26 Compressor Wheel
• Compressor cover re-profiled to suit larger compressor wheels
• Turbochargers fully blueprinted to motorsport standards
• Estimated Power Output: 575-600bhp*
Turbo benefits from Hybrid Turbos own design billet aluminium compressor wheel. Not only does billet offer significantly improved strength and durability over the original cast aluminium wheels if used correctly the material can be used to make the wheel lighter. A lighter compressor wheel will spool quicker allowing for better response from the turbocharger meaning a reduction in turbo lag. The billet aluminium compressor wheels are upto 20% lighter than the originally used cast items.
MDX472 & MDX473 Twin Hybrid Turbochargers fit:
Porsche 911 Turbo, engine code 997 year 2006 & 2010, OEM number 99712301476
MD472 & MD473 turbos are a direct replacement for 5304-970-0060 & 5304-988-0060.
These Hybrid Turbos must be fitted as a pair.
