Function and Purpose
This hose serves critical roles across multiple systems.
It helps to:
• Deliver vacuum pressure to the brake servo (booster)
• Maintain effective braking assistance
• Support airflow within the inlet manifold system
• Ensure stable engine operation and efficiency
• Prevent vacuum leaks that affect performance
Why Replace Air / Vacuum Hoses
Over time, hoses degrade due to heat and pressure cycles.
Common issues include:
• Cracking or splitting
• Vacuum leaks reducing brake efficiency
• Hardening and reduced flexibility
• Poor engine performance due to air leaks
Replacing worn hoses restores braking performance and engine efficiency.
