The problem! Porsche 997 rear wing and inner arch have a double skin join at the outer lips and this is where the rust is occurring. Once they start bubbling on the outside then its most likely a cut out and replace job for theses sections. At the complete rear wings are hard to find Design911 have come up with a less expensive solution by suppling just the rear replacement arches and side sill panels.

Although commonly described as splash guards, these components should not be confused with the larger plastic wheel-arch liners normally fitted directly around the tyres.
Porsche parts catalogues position these components within the outer side-body and rear-quarter structure and describe them as:
