Repair kit window regulator.
The repair kit is designed for the window regulator mechanism in early Porsche 911 models (including 911 & 912 1965-1969). It contains the essential components needed to refresh or restore the regulator’s smooth operation - such as gears, cables, bushings and mounting hardware - replicating the original Porsche factory specification.

• Position on Vehicle: Mounted inside the door as part of the manual or electric (depending on model) window regulator assembly — used when the window glass is raised or lowered.
• Applications: Ideal when the original regulator shows signs of wear such as slow/lumpy window movement, loose glass, regulator noise or when restoring the door mechanism to factory specification.
The window regulator repair kit is vital for maintaining smooth and secure window movement. A worn or failing window regulator can lead to slow or jerky window travel, uneven glass alignment, increased cabin noise or complete failure of the window mechanism.
