The Solitude Seat Frame and Foam Kit provides an untrimmed fixed-seat foundation for Porsche 356 models built from 1950 to 1965. Configured for a 3-point seat-belt installation, it allows the upholstery material, stitching, piping and final finish to be selected separately for a restoration or individually specified interior.

What This Product Does
A seat frame kit supplies the principal structural and cushioning components required before trimming. Instead of replacing the seat with a pre-upholstered unit, the frame, suspension and shaped padding can be handed to a vehicle trimmer for covering in suitable leather, vinyl or fabric. This enables the finished seat to complement the materials and detailing already used within the cabin.
The Solitude has a period-influenced profile developed for classic Porsche 356 Roadster, Speedster, GT and Outlaw-style projects. Its fixed bucket form provides more defined side support than a conventional comfort-seat shape while retaining proportions appropriate for a classic interior.
