Pre-Preg Autoclave Carbon Fibre Construction
The SFORZA rear deck lid spoiler is manufactured from 200gsm 2x2 twill pre-preg carbon fibre using an autoclave moulding process.
The carbon is cured under controlled high temperature and pressure, producing a strong, lightweight and consistent component with a high-quality surface finish.
This manufacturing process is particularly suited to premium automotive carbon fibre components where accurate construction and a clean visible weave are important.
Exposed 2x2 Carbon Fibre Weave
The 2x2 twill weave gives the spoiler the distinctive appearance associated with high-performance and motorsport carbon fibre components.
Rather than hiding the construction beneath paint, the carbon weave remains fully exposed, allowing the material itself to become part of the exterior styling.
Gloss Clear Coat Finish
A gloss clear coat provides a smooth, premium finish while highlighting the depth and pattern of the exposed carbon weave.
