DEVELOPMENT
Even with its motorsport pedigree, the Porsche 992 GT3 and GT3 RS are not immune to the compromises imposed by emissions regulations and production constraints. Factory header design—limited by tubing length, runner diameter, and collector efficiency—restricts both sound and performance. That’s where SOUL steps in.
By replacing the restrictive OEM header assembly, which integrates catalytic converters and particulate filters, our SOUL Street Headers immediately free up flow and unlock performance. Each system is designed around large-diameter, high-flow catalytic converters and optimized runners for maximum gains in horsepower, throttle response, and the signature GT3 flat-six tone.
The result is a sharper, more visceral exhaust note that truly amplifies the 4.0-liter’s character—delivering a rich motorsport sound without compromising drivability. Built to endure the most aggressive track conditions, these headers feature billet CNC-machined head flanges that provide a smooth transition from the exhaust ports to the runners, increasing flow and reinforcing structural integrity to prevent cracking under repeated high-load use.
CONSTRUCTION:
Each set of SOUL Street Headers is handcrafted in-house in the USA from mandrel-bent, thick-wall (.065”) T304L stainless steel tubing for superior durability and thermal resistance. The billet 304L stainless steel head flanges are precision-machined on a 5-axis CNC mill, ensuring the most efficient exhaust flow and unmatched strength.
Every joint is TIG welded and back-purged with ARCAL™ Prime argon gas for full weld penetration and maximum longevity—essential for track reliability. Thick-gauge aluminum fixtures are used throughout fabrication to act as heat sinks, preventing distortion and guaranteeing perfect fitment on every set.
BOLT ON AND GO:
Each header set is rigorously inspected, fixture-tested, and foam-packed to ensure perfect fitment and safe delivery. Installation is completely bolt-on, designed to integrate seamlessly with the factory system or compatible aftermarket components.

Headers are often the most effective way to improve power on your naturally aspirated car and these sport headers are no exception. On our dynojet we saw gains of 8 whp and 14 ft/lbs of tq at 3000 RPM, 13 whp and 16 ft/lbs of tq at 4400RPM, and holds those gains all the way to redline.
