No more hammering, chiseling, swearing, heating, prying or praying to get an 911 engine case apart. STOMSKI RACING'S SR124 ELEGANTLY and GENTLY separates the engine case halves and not only shortens the process of engine tear-down, but it also protects what doubtlessly is an expensive asset- the engine case itself. The rare #s matching early 911S sand-cast aluminum case, or the impossible to find 911 GT3 RSR case, or the early magnesium case that seems so fragile, all can NOW be protected from the threat of the block of wood and lead hammer, or the torch, or the pry-bar and chisel.
SR124 includes a CNC precision machined aluminum platform that you bolt to four head studs (ideally over #2 or #5) using the included thumbscrews. An over-sized drive-screw (stainless steel) is then threaded through the platform to mate with a high-load bearing in our specially designed rod cap that presses against the wrist pin of #2 or #5 connecting rod that is at bottom-dead-center. As you slowly use a wrench or ratchet to tighten the drive-screw, the torque of the SR124 splitter is evenly distributed through the entire crankshaft, pressing against ALL 8 main bearings. Once the slack is taken up, only GENTLE effort on the drive screw is required to split even the most belligerent of cases.
The SR124 platform is designed to work on all Mezger 911s (2.0 through 997) and includes Delrin inserts/sleeves that protect the head studs from scratches or dings.

At last an easy way to clean and check the case/piston squirters on 911 cases. Use this precise tool with compressed air and your air gun to force the squirters open and clean them out. The flange surface with your cantilevers to the mounting axis allows a secure and at the same time easily accessible attachment of the engine to a rolling engine stand. Alternatively, you can use the engine mount to mount the engine to a workbench using a bearing block. We have the engine stands for all classic Porsches with and without a mounting stand in our program.

This is a quick and totally accurate tool to repair and replace broken studs without damaging the head, or worse, having to remove the engine. Includes LH drill bits, tap with extension, drill jigs/guides, port bushings, and a sturdy storage case.
Now includes our SR065D drill guide.
Fits ALL of the 911 heads including the 993.

STOMSKI RACING's version of the socket to remove/install the input shaft flange nut on the 901/911 (SR252) or 915/930 (SR252A) transmissions allows you to secure the input shaft using either end of the input shaft by mounting it to a factory tool (such as P256 from the first-gear end of the shaft) or a by using a clutch disk mounted in a vice.
Moreover, unlike the factory-style long-tube socket, with SR252 and SR252A there is less tendency to want to leverage away from the centerline of the input shaft. High quality impact-grade socket and hardened steel weldment with black oxide finish.
• SR252 for 901/911/914 transmissions.
• SR252A for 915/930 transmissions.
Each sold separately/individually.

Simply insert this unique tool into the spark plug hole of the cylinder head and attach your gauge. Precisely machined from high quality stainless steel or hard-coated aluminum.
Available in two sizes based on spark plug thread/diameter.

Tolerance between the pressure relief plug and its galley are very close, and the slightest bit of gunk, corrosion, or bur will cause the plug to freeze up in the oil passage. A magnet is rarely powerful enough to overcome the seized plug, and leaving it in place is never an option.
Using STOMSKI RACING's Oil Pressure Relief Plug Extractor makes the task of removing the stuck plug a breeze, and allows you to ensure clean oil passages, and a properly operating bypass system.
The collet-based tool slides easily into the open end of the seized plug and a simple turn or two of the internal socket head cap screw expands the tool, grasping the plug to ensure easy removal.
Anodized Aluminum.

Stripped spark plug threads in a 911 head usually means one of two things– a compromised repair or an engine drop to do it properly.
Until now.
STOMSKI RACING's new 911 Spark Plug Hole Repair Kit allows you to either accurately chase the threads of the damaged head, or if necessary, effectuate a complete fix by installing a Time-Sert (or Big-Sert). Our new digitally designed and CNC machined jig mounts over two of the valve cover studs, and when locked down with the included thumb screws, allows Time-Sert reamers, chasers, taps, and setters to be precisely aligned by way of the jig's guide tube and custom tap driver– all while the engine is still in the car.
Available in two different versions:
• SR130 for use with the standard M14x1.25 TimeSert Kit, and Inserts (TS4412E & TS44111) and;
• SR130BS for use with Big-Sert M14x1.25 oversized Insert Kit, and Inserts (TS5141E & TS51407).
We also have Time-Sert/Big-Sert 14x1.25 Kits and Inserts available for the complete package.
