If you've ever taken a close look at your 930 or M491 Teatray Tail, you've probably noticed that the factory grill mesh is faded and warped. Unfortunately the replacement grills have been NLA from Porsche for many years, so Rennline has developed an OEM style replacement. Restore your 930 or M491 to its former glory with these lightweight, powder coated aluminum inserts. Powder coated steel mounting brackets and hardware included.

Pre-preg "Dry" Carbon Fibre
Dry carbon fibre fabric is weaved with resin pre-impregnated carbon fiber (called “pre-preg” in carbon fiber industry)
Pre-preg carbon fibre reaches optimal resin/carbon ratio to strive for its characteristics, thus during the carbon parts manufacturing process, there is no resin application needed when molding. This is why it is called “Dry” carbon fibre.
The autoclave process is another important step to finish our products. In the autoclave, the high pressure and temperature are the key to our products’ tensile strength, which can be up to 15 times higher than steel.
Unlike the Wet carbon fiber where the resin is applied into carbon fibre cloth to form a sturdy structure, dry carbon fiber parts are generally 50-60% lighter than those made of wet carbon fiber and the strength of these two materials are also different.
Another thing that is hard to overlook is the finish, dry carbon creates a beautiful & clean weave in the autoclave while wet carbon comes out to be otherwise. Even average dry carbon is way better than wet carbon in looks, strength and weight.
