This exhaust system can be fitted on every 4.0ltr model produced from March 2020. In March a new fixing system based on silent block has been introduced
SOUND STRAIGHT PIPE
The straight pipe version guarantees a direct path from the engine, removing all factors which may affect the acoustic tuning.
EXHAUST VALVE PNEUMATIC
The exhaust system is complete with pneumatic valve to replace the standard pneumatic valve installed on the car. Control of the original valve is still provided.
END TIPS DESIGN OE
The muffler must be used in conjunction with the original exhaust end tips.

Quality:
All SPORTS LABEL exhaust systems are made of aircraft quality 304 stainless steel inside and out. The canister is electro polished to ensure a lasting finish and some sections of the canister are covered with high endurance black ceramic paint to prevent damage and for better looks. Remus did not stop there, it offers one of the largest selection of tip designs which are of the highest quality on the market. They feature high grade 441 stainless steel. Why 441? It is more resistant to corrosion and surface rust than 304. The tips are also chrome plated to ensure a lasting shiny finish and moreover, they are resonated to ensure a drone free system.
Performance:
All SPORTS LABEL exhaust systems are engineered with performance in mind, they all feature straight through free flow designs to ensure as little resistance possible thus promoting great horsepower and torque gains. All of the SPORTS LABEL systems are tested for back pressure reduction and REMUS GmbH uses it's own roller type dynograph to ensure positive wheel power gains on most of the models.
Sound:
All REMUS exhaust systems, from the Wild Labels to the Racing systems, are tested in an industry exclusive sound chamber. This allows REMUS GmbH to fine tune every single exhaust produced in order to meet the expectations of our demanding customers. All SPORTS LABEL exhaust systems are TUV approved and are thus legal for road use in Europe*. The decibel level is very close to stock/OEM however the sound characteristics are altered to offer a deep and refined tone absent in the factory exhaust system.
