A refundable surcharge will be added to your order. Once your old control unit has been removed, returned to us, and verified as suitable for refurbishment (in accordance with the terms and conditions below), the surcharge will be refunded.

2.) Returned to us at your own expense
3.) Accepted by the manufacturer as suitable for reconditioning

Refund processing times typically range from 1 to 2 weeks after the unit is received. However, in some cases, it may take up to 8 weeks for the manufacturer to complete their evaluation and issue approval.
