The dog teeth ring forms part of the gearbox synchroniser assembly. It works with the synchro ring, operating sleeve, and gear hub to allow the selected gear to engage smoothly. On 1st gear, the dog teeth are critical for clean gear selection, especially during low-speed driving, manoeuvring, and gearbox operation from rest.

• Replaces the 1st gear dog teeth ring
• Helps restore correct 1st gear engagement
