The CNC-machined and anodised fuel rail kit by Adapt Motorsport is designed for Porsche 964 and 993 3.6ltr engines using the standard intake adaptors. It can also mount to Adapt Motorsport two-bolt adaptors for earlier 2.7, 3.0 and 3.2ltr Porsche 911 engines.
Fits
- Porsche 911 964 3.6L with standard intake adaptors
- Porsche 911 993 3.6L with standard intake adaptors
- Earlier Porsche 911 2.7L, 3.0L and 3.2L engines fitted with Adapt Motorsport two-bolt intake adaptors
Check fitment for your specific vehicle (model, year, engine) before ordering.
What This Product Does
This twin-rail kit provides configurable fuel connections using O-ring ports and AN-6 JIC fittings. It supports hose arrangements based on the factory 964 or 993 system, as well as a simplified dead-head configuration, and allows fuel-pressure sensing to be added for compatible aftermarket ECU tuning, data logging or protection strategies.
Functions
- Mounts directly to standard Porsche 964 and 993 intake adaptors
- Supports factory-style 964 or 993 fuel-hose layouts
- Allows a dead-head fuel-system arrangement
- Provides connection points for fuel-pressure sensing
- Uses removable fittings and plugs for flexible installation
Technical Details
- CNC-machined and anodised construction
- AN-6 JIC fittings with O-ring fuel-rail connections
- Product references: AMS9050032 and AMS9050033
- Kit includes two fuel rails
- Includes four ORB-to-JIC fittings, two ORB plugs and mounting screws for factory intake adaptors
- Cars with factory air-conditioning compressors must use the supplied plugs to close the rear ends of the rails and use a dead-head fuel-hose layout
Why Replacement Matters
This kit provides a serviceable and adaptable rail arrangement for compatible standard or modified fuel systems. Its interchangeable fittings and plugs allow the installation to be configured around the selected hose layout, intake adaptors and pressure-sensing requirements.
FAQs
- Can the kit reproduce the factory fuel layout? It can be arranged in a factory-style 964 or 993 configuration, or installed as a simplified dead-head system.
- Does it fit earlier Porsche 911 engines? It fits 2.7L, 3.0L and 3.2L engines when used with the compatible Adapt Motorsport two-bolt intake adaptors.
- Can a fuel-pressure sensor be installed? Yes, the rail arrangement allows pressure sensing to be added for compatible aftermarket ECU systems.
- What is supplied? The kit contains two rails, four ORB-to-JIC fittings, two ORB plugs and screws for attachment to factory intake adaptors.
- Is there a special requirement for cars with air conditioning? Cars retaining the factory compressor must close the rear rail ports with the supplied plugs and use a dead-head hose arrangement.

Porsche 911 3.2 Carrera - 1984 to 1989
Our billet and anodised fuel rail kit bolts directly to the standard 3.2 intake manifold.
Using O ring fittings to the fuel rail, and AN 6 JIC fittings this allows for a very flexible choice of fuel hose arrangements.
Replicate the factory 964 system, or the 993 system, or really simplify and use a dead head system.
Rails are shipped with a combination of fittings or plugs.
This set makes it very easy to add fuel pressure sensing to the rails for those that want to tune, log or use protection strategies in your aftermarket ECU setup.
Check out our matching fuel pressure regulator to complete your fuel system today
Kit Includes:
- Fuel Rails x 2
- ORB to JIC Fittings x 4
- ORB Plugs x 2
- Anodised support adapters x 2
- Screws to fix to factory intake adaptors
Please Note
Cars with factory air conditioning compressors will need to use the supplied plugs to close the rear end of the fuel rails, and opt for a common "dead head" fuel hose arrangement.
