The air-cooled flat-four and flat-six engines fitted to these iconic Porsche models rely on a correctly tensioned fan belt to drive the engine cooling fan and charging system. Servicing the fan belt or adjusting belt tension requires the pulley assembly to be held securely while the retaining hardware is loosened or tightened. Using the correct holding wrench prevents the pulley from rotating and eliminates the need for improvised methods that can damage the pulley, fan housing or surrounding components.
Manufactured to OE Match standards from durable, workshop-quality materials, this inner pulley holding wrench is an essential addition to the toolkit of Porsche enthusiasts, restorers and professional technicians.
