often called intercoolers. This OE Match set Charge Air Coolers is a complete left and right intercooler replacement package for the Porsche 9YA Cayenne 3.0L turbocharged models (2018>>). These intercoolers reduce the temperature of compressed air from the turbochargers before it enters the combustion chambers. Cooler air is denser, allowing improved oxygen content, more efficient combustion, and stable power delivery.

This OE Match SET OF 2 includes both:
• Left Charge Air Cooler – OE ref no PAB145803A

Each unit is constructed from high-efficiency aluminium cores with precision-formed cooling fins and durable end tanks engineered to withstand boost pressure and thermal cycling. Replacing both sides together ensures balanced airflow, consistent intake temperatures, and optimal turbocharger performance.
Over time, intercoolers can suffer from:
• Heat-soak efficiency loss
• Internal contamination (oil mist from turbo system)
• External fin damage from debris
• Boost leaks from cracked seams or worn connections
Installing this OE Match pair restores full cooling capacity and ensures consistent intake air temperature across both sides of the engine.
Direct-fit design allows straightforward installation using factory mounting points and original boost hoses.
