123ignition – Modern Ignition Technology for Classic Porsche
123ignition brings modern electronic ignition technology to classic Porsche models while preserving the character and appearance of the original ignition system.
Designed and manufactured in the Netherlands, 123ignition distributors combine a period-correct look with precise, fully electronic ignition control. By replacing traditional mechanical points and advance mechanisms, they provide consistent ignition timing, a strong spark and dependable performance with virtually no maintenance.
For classic Porsche owners, 123ignition offers solutions for models including the Porsche 356, 912, 914 and air-cooled 911, with applications developed to suit different engines and original ignition configurations.
Depending on the application, the range includes pre-programmed distributors with selectable ignition curves as well as fully programmable 123TUNE+ systems. TUNE+ models add Bluetooth connectivity, allowing ignition curves to be adjusted from a smartphone or tablet, together with features such as real-time tuning, rev limiting, vacuum advance, boost retard and PIN-controlled immobilisation.
Whether restoring a classic Porsche for regular road use or refining the ignition system of a performance-focused air-cooled build, 123ignition provides an effective way to combine classic Porsche engineering with the accuracy and reliability of modern electronics.
