I cavi del cambio OEM utilizzano grandi estremità in gomma per isolare il cambio dalla trasmissione. Questi assorbono i tuoi sforzi e intorpidiscono il feedback e l'immediatezza richiesti per prestazioni di cambiata ottimali. Il conseguente innesto sciatto della marcia lascia il guidatore a chiedersi se la marcia desiderata sia completamente innestata.
Ciò comporta anche un'eccessiva estensione e sollecitazione dei cavi quando la leva del cambio viene tirata oltre il limite.
Dal punto di vista della sicurezza e dell'affidabilità, anche le coppe a scatto in plastica si consumano nel tempo e si rompono causando la fuoriuscita del cavo dalla trasmissione.
La nostra soluzione sostituisce gli interni in gomma e plastica delle estremità del cavo del cambio OEM con componenti in alluminio e Delrin a tolleranza stretta, fissati in modo affidabile con anelli elastici in acciaio.
Inoltre, le coppiglie incluse forniscono una ridondanza di sicurezza per garantire che i cavi rimangano saldamente fissati alla trasmissione. Il risultato è un'eccellente sensazione di cambiata, precisione e controllo senza rumore, vibrazioni o durezza (NVH) aggiunti e nessuna possibilità che le estremità del cavo si stacchino.
