The valve guide (first oversize) is designed for intake and exhaust valves in Porsche 911 engines. It replicates the original Porsche factory specification for diameter, length, material and bore alignment—ensuring restores accuracy in valve stem guidance and seating, reduces oil consumption and maintains engine performance.
Sold each, 12 required per engine.

Worn guides can lead to increased oil usage, blue smoke from the exhaust, valve mis-alignment and poor engine performance. Replacing with a correctly sized oversize guide restores engine health and reliability.
When and why to replace:
• Engine rebuild or cylinder head removal for any reason.
• Excessive valve stem play, oil consumption or exhaust smoking.
• Depending on bore wear after valve seat or guide replacement (oversize required).
• When the original guide is out of tolerance following decades of service.
