This throttle linkage rod (also called the accelerator pull rod) connects the accelerator pedal mechanism through the tunnel to the carburetor or fuel metering device, transmitting pedal movement precisely to control engine speed. It ensures smooth, lag-free throttle response and correct geometry in the throttle control system.
• Positioned through the body tunnel (inside the chassis) between the pedal box and the engine compartment, as part of the accelerator control linkage.
